✅ 30-Day Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
📋 Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and undamaged in their original packaging
- Bricks and paving must be returned on the original pallet, securely wrapped
- Proof of purchase must be provided
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Cut or custom-sized materials
- Opened MDF sheets showing signs of use
- Partial pallets — full pallet returns only
🔄 How to Return
- Contact us to request a return and receive a Returns Authorisation Number
- Re-wrap goods securely on the original pallet
- We'll arrange collection — return costs are the customer's responsibility unless item is faulty
- Refunds processed within 5–7 working days
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange free collection and replacement or full refund.
