Will every slab look the same?

No, and the variation here is deliberate. Some slabs are almost entirely grey, others carry broad golden banding across the full face. Lay them out dry over the whole area first so the strongly marked pieces are distributed rather than falling together in one corner.

Does it need sealing?

Recommended. A breathable impregnating sealer applied a few weeks after laying resists grease, leaf tannin and algae. A colour enhancing sealer will deepen the contrast between the grey and gold if you want that character to read more strongly.

Is it slip resistant?

Yes. The riven face is split along the stone's natural bedding plane, leaving a lightly textured surface that holds grip when wet.
